ScrollTo goes to wrong spot on first click

Hi there,

I am having a problem with a customer’s website in which the scroll-to always goes to the wrong spot on first click (on first page load / reload) but on the second click, regardless of which link is clicked, the issue is suddenly resolved. However when the page is loaded for the first time or reloaded, the problem is back again for the first click. Going crazy trying to solve this one. Help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
