Not a good tool

Can’t give zero stars so they at least get one. This plug in not only doesn’t work, it ruined every track I entered into the tool. I manage a site where I provide trail information to my users. I tried to work with support to correct their issues, but they don’t seem to know how to fix them, and blame everything either on not reading their documentation, or google. So…here’s a list of issues that you can expect when using this tool:

Graph below the map doesn’t render correctly
Downloading feature for your users to download the track strips key data that is needed for the track
Application destroys the tracks on upload to remove the needed information
Maps don’t always render correctly
Many of the settings in the interface don’t work
You have to craft your own short codes to render the maps (defeating the purpose of the tool itself)

I could go on, but I spent 80 hours building a site with this tool and had to scrap all the work because the tool destroyed all the tracks I entered into it.

Complete waste of money…

Oh…and to that point they won’t provide a refund for their application

Save your cash and go somewhere else.
