• Hi everyone, sorry if my questions are novice I’m just getting started with WordPress.

I am currently building a site and wanted to have a WordPress blog be consistent with the site’s design. I used this tutorial do so: https://jonathanwold.com/tutorials/wordpress_integration/

Everything is working fine except the comments section. The form is misplaced and the comments are loading behind the comment box. It is hard to describe exactly what’s going on so perhaps you can take a look: https://federalpoliceofficer.com/blog/?p=7

Please excuse the functionality of the site, it is still being developed. I’ve tried to figure this out for awhile now and got nowhere. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  • Hi mate,

its most probably some kind of web design problem, ie check the CSS and the DIVs.

Unneccessarily added </div> tags can be disastrous and will produce effects similar to yours.

Havent checked your source code yet, try to fix it, if you cant, i will take a look.

    Cheers

Thanks for the response. I was thinking it could be that, but wasn’t sure. I don’t want to remove anything that’ll mess it up more. I’ll take a closer look and see what I can find.

Anyone able to take a look at the code? I’m pretty sure the div’s are all set. Maybe I messed up something in editing the template or using my CSS? Thanks again for your time.
