Css and JS not combined on mobile

Hi I’m testing this URL: cobertec.com/servicios/movilsat-limpieza-desatascos/ on Pagespeed Insights and I’m seeing that when I test the URL on the desktop tab, the javascript are all correctly combined, but on mobile tab they are not. Why is that?
