File was not found

  • Hi,
    I got this error message ‘That file was not found at that location in the marojeck account.’. I had try delete and re sync but no success..

  • Hello, this can happen if the master image was deleted or moved from your WordPress server or if you manually embedded an image then deleted/moved/renamed it in your Sirv account. Please send a message to our support team and we’ll help you identify why that image is missing from your server:

    (To be clear, this is unrelated to the Sirv plugin – the plugin automatically syncs and serves images. If the image is missing from the WordPress server, that’s an issue on the server and can be resolved by uploading the image).
