Multiple registration with the same e-mail

  • It depends what you mean with “registrations”. WP User accounts need to have a unique email address, so in that case: no.

    If you mean multiple bookings with the same email address:
    Events > Settings > Bookings > Allow Double Bookings = “Yes”.

    It is yes but I get the message “This email already exists in our system, please log in to register to proceed with your booking.”

    Check your settings.
    You have the last option in the Bookings Settings set to “No”
