SKU generate for variations

    Hi, I have Booster Premium and you don’t reply to support there… so I decided to open here a ticket.

    I noticed that your tool SKU Generator isn’t generating SKU for variations when you add them later to the product.

    I think it is a bug and I need a fix if it’s possible.

    It’s possible to generate automatically SKU when you add a new product or a new variation?

    Unfortunately this forum rules do not allow discussions about paid plugins, in this case Booster Plus. Please send us an email directly to [email protected]. You mentioned that you tried to contact us before but I could not find your ticket, what ticket number was it so I could check to see what happened?

    You have a bug in your plugin and you don’t fix it…

    I can assure you that we are working on this issue. Just yesterday I checked in with our development team about the status of this issue and they were working on it.

    Awesome, but you should send a follow up.
    You don’t pay extra money if you send an e-mail just to let the client know that you are trying to fix it.

    Just saying, customer experience is on low here.
