Problem with tab order

    Hi

    I have two tabs, one text and one design. In these tabs I use shortcodes to edit the product picture.

    When the text tab is first and design second, design tab doesnt show the pictures but when I swap text and design it works.

    Problem is I want text to be default tab

    I wish I could offer some more help but unfortunately this isn’t an issue with Custom Product Tabs. Whatever plugin you’re using for that shortcode is applying a style to itself of .fps-hidden that is hiding your tab. The tab is there an all the content is available.

    This is likely because this plugin is running javascript that relies on that shortcode’s output being visible when the page loads.

    I would reach out to the plugin author and ask what the best practice would be if you’d like to use their shortcode in an area of your page that isn’t visible until toggled open.

    I checked out the Javascript console logs for your site and it looks like theres the following error message: “No price element could be found in the document!”

    I think that you’re experiencing issue with the Fancy Product Designers Javascript. I would let them know and ask them what they recommend using for Product tabs that will be display none when the page loads.

    They might have some custom code you could apply that triggers the shortcode to run again once the tab is opened.
