Problem after changing taxonomies

I think you have stumbled across a bug/feature of some design decisions I had to make to accommodate non-Latin RTL languages like Hebrew.

To fix this issue, you’ll have to re-assign your books to the new taxonomies you’ve created.

Does the new taxonomy metaboxes show up on the review editor page?
