This looks like a theme issue. To confirm, please temporarily switch to a default theme or Storefront and check.

If that shows it is a theme issue, please try the theme support forum at:
https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/cenote/

It looks like the latest item in that support forum is about the same issue. The fix provided by theme support hides the banner, but leaves the h1 tag in the markup. My understanding is that pages should have only one h1 tag. If that’s a concern you can ask theme support.
