admin panel

Please can you tell me how to login to get to my existing blog. I can’t seem to get the admin panel/dashboard up. I created my blog in April but have done nothing since. I went in to wordpress today to make amendments but it would not recognise me so I have re-registered. My user id is roblma. I have also registered on codex in case I could get the admin panel from there.

I am sure it is easy but I have totally forgotten how to get there. Once I have the dashboard up I can then access my existing blog – I hope.

Please help asap.
