Perameter or Array Error In wpmr.php

I downloaded this plugin on many of my sites and it has worked very well. However, I added it to another site and received this error in the wpmr.php file:

What can I do to fix it? I’ve deactivated and deleted the plugin many times and reactivated it hoping to clear the issue, but nothing. What’s going on and how can I fix it?
