Amazing customer service

I signed up for the free Chat button yesterday, and there were a few challenges in terms of configuration. Aaron at Formilla got back to me promptly, and patiently came up with solutions for all of my issues over several responses. I am amazed at the quality of customer service, especially for what is a free plugin on my plan so far. Couldn’t be happier!
