won’t load image except arrows.

  • when open the page, there is only reverse button, arrows and full screen button but no image. When I click the arrow, the 360 image show up and start rotating. I wonder why.

    Also these button are lined up vertically and the image show up below those four buttons.
    That why so much white blank on top of the image. Is there any way I can change it?

    please have a try with a standard wordpress theme (i.e. Twenty Seventeen) and disable CSS plugins of your site…

    I put 360 shortcode in one of tabs. It looks the issue appears to be happening when the 360 shortcode is loaded from a tab that isn’t visible. I believe the spinner just needs to be re-initialized once the tab is clicked so it loads properly. Are you able to provide code so that I can place it in my wordpress?
