Hi guys, having issues and I’m receiving this error message “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” Problem is I’m not getting the email. My question is how can I trigger Recovery Mode manually so I can fix my issues, or is there any other way to fix this?

I know that the problem with my site lies within the Theme, but I can’t access my site to fix it and don’t know what to do. Thanks for your help ??

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

I got the same error with the the7 theme. Page would load but would get the error trying to get in the backend or going to a link. Used CPANEL to get to the File Manager or you could use FTP and just renamed theme file to disable it.

The I was able to login in the backend and switched the theme. Updated by Duplicator Pro Plugin and had SG-OPTIMIZER but deactivated that also.. Doubt that had anything to do with it but I reactivated my 7 THEME and everything worked as it should.. Do not know what the issue was but everything worked after I did the steps above..
