HTTP Error: 403 when submitting sitemap

    Hi,

    After checking google search console all my sitemaps have errors. General HTTP error, HTTP Error:403. I tried to clear the cache, removing and resubmitting sitemaps and still the same thing.

    I m using wordpress 4.9.11 and Yoast SEO 12.1
    Please, can someone help me with this? My site maps are located at
    https://daydayplay.hk/sitemap_index.xml

    Hi,

    I have already contact my hosting provider and Cloudflare, and they established they issue is not caused by their side.

    can someone help me with this please?

    Hi,

    We checked your sitemap and found out that, although it can be pulled up from a browser, accessing it as Google Bot (see the result here) is returning 403.

    We recommend you check your security and firewall settings and make sure you’re not blocking Google from accessing your sitemaps.

    Once the 403 is fixed, you may then resubmit your sitemap to Google Search Console.
