    Hi,

I have been testing this on my site, and disabling all other optimisation tools.

When running a Lighthouse audit I see the below message in the Console area of the Lighthouse audit:

[Intervention] An element was lazyloaded with loading=lazy, but had no dimensions specified. Specifying dimensions improves performance.

I’m not sure what this means or the importance – please advise,

    Thanks

    Richard

Hi, this message appears because that image likely doesn’t have width and height attributes specified. Providing these attributes allows for a better user experience and performance on your site as the layout of your page will be clear from the initial HTML load, even before the image is loaded.

It’s recommended to add these attributes to every image.
