short code stopped working

I’m using the free version. For some reason, this plugin stopped working properly showing my Instagram feed in the footer page. The Instagram feed photos no longer show in the carousel view and the code shows as type. Not sure what happened as I didn’t change anything.

At the bottom of the page you’ll see “Check us Out on Instagram” but then instead of the feed it shows the type of the code.

Only thing I notice in the plugin settings that it says “only 20 images allowed” and a note for buying the premium version. I prefer to stay with the free version.
