Theme is not editable after author’s update

    Hey,
    I am experiencing huge issues with site which was almost done.
    I purchased the theme ModernX which was fully editable by WP bakery builder(visual composer)
    However, it appears that the author had made some changes and I can no longer edit the theme with any editors and the theme author is not responding to any of the ppl who bought this theme.
    Does anyone know any solution?

    I’m really sorry, but you are using a different theme, from a different author. I can not provide solution to your issues – please understand that I provide support for my products only (for Modern theme in this case, not ModernX, which is a different theme).
