Plugin didn’t work after last update

    Hi, the plugin just stops to work after the last update, it didn’t show the feed, only the shortcode. The problem is not the server because I have two sites in the same server and the plugin works fine in the site I didn’t update the plugin yet.

    Same here…… using shortcode, but it’s not displaying.

    Yes, the plugin doesn’t work anymore. Showing no feed, just the buttons ?Show more…“ and ?Follow on Instagram“.

    Anyone of the developers had tested this before offering updates to the users?

    I just checked…. it’s working now….
    Maybe there was an issue with instagram, or it needs time?

    I ran the update on another website and there it works. Both pages use the same plugins, themes and have the same updates installed.

    Sorry about any issues you are experiencing! This last update was a major change in how the plugin works. It was meant to prepare the plugin for current changes to the Instagram API, upcoming changes to Instagram, as well as improve performance of the plugin.

    If you have plugins that cache or optimize your site/pages they may need to be cleared or reset.

    i updated to 2.0 this morning. Feed wont show. We do not use cache plugins. Any other suggestions?

    We are putting final touches on the site as it is new and not LIVE ONLINE just yet. But the feed was working great until I updated the plugin this morning. I restored from backup and its working again. Once the site goes live I will try to update again and see if it works. If it doesn’t I will get back with ya.

    also my feed isn’t showing after latest update. had to disable the plugin

    We’d be happy to help with any issues! We are noticing that there are circumstances where a combination of caching and optimizing plugins can cause a temporary issue. If you are using these, try resetting the cache or clearing any optimization.

    Works again when all caches (incl. the Browser) are cleared or the server got restarted.
