    Some of what you’re wanting may be private developer territory, but you should also check out: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-one-page-checkout/

    WooCommerce One Page Checkout will allow you to insert a checkout template directly on product pages, or wherever you define the shortcode.

    Using this in conjunction with ?add-to-cart=[product_id] may solve most of what you’re wanting to do.
