Detail page: page not found

  • HI,

    in a page there are added downloads via shortcode like [wpdm_package id=’252′ template=’link-template-calltoaction3′]. If one click to the headline to see details: ‘page not found’ is stated. I found out, that the wp_footer code from WPDM is missing (this may be the reason for the error) but have no idea why.
    After I moved this site from staging I think it works fine (and on the staging site it still does).
    Any suggestions or hints for debugging? – I’m lost at the moment… ??

    Found the reason:
    On the settings page of download manager has the ‘base path of file manager‘ a wrong value (because of the transfer from the staging site).

    It would be nice, if the plugin check the presence of the configured path and (in case of failure) remove or correct the setting: it costs me some hours to figure that out! ??

    Hereby I state this as a feature request, so I don’t mark the thread as solved yet.
