    Is there an way to display a certificate at the end of a survey? We do on site trainings, & want to use an online survey option for attendees that ends with a certificate of completion for the training.

    The Premium version offer the ability to display a specific message/HTML/contant at the end of the survey based on the selected answers. You can find Modal Survey here.
