Slider links not working

We checked out your site and it seems the links of the slider is working fine. Can you once check by clearing out your browser’s cache?

Hi again, thanks for checking the issue so fast.
In Firefox works fine but in Chrome (I deleted cache) is still wrong. I even tried with incognito mode but nothing happens.

While checking your site, it seems to be working fine. So, maybe check from the device, which have never opened your site. Maybe try from your friend’s PC and check?

Our websites occasionally run into this issue as well – we aren’t able to click the title or main image of the slider. This happens only sometimes and to only certain people (a few employees in the office can’t click on it for awhile while I can click on it just fine)

We had this issue about four months ago, but it resolved itself not too long after.

Any idea why this occurs? Is it a cache problem or more of a theme issue? Can you please take a look:

I have theme’s latest version.
Tried in different devices.
Seems to be a problem with Chrome because with FF works fine.

Any other idea to solve it?

And the slider is set for mobile view only- for screens with max-width 768px.
And the links are not clickable. My theme is updated.

Still having the issue at Chrome. All updated and cache cleared

Thanks for asking. I created a new thread where I was asked to remove any changes that I have so the problem is not solved. My updates are in the css or hide some elements like comments and so on.

https://www.borbabg.com/ – the links on the slider not working on mobile. I use different sliders for desktop and mobile. The one for the desktop view is additional plugin, not from the theme. But not good for mobile view.

@nitushrestha10, have you heard about there being issues with the web browser and the slider? Like I mentioned in my previous comment, it seems to only happen to certain users – probably meaning that people are using different chrome versions and such. Are the developers figuring this out?

@vvmdesign I checked your website on mobile and yes it’s not working, looks like the link is disabled for some reason, even if you long-press it’s not highlighting the title and not giving the option to save the link dialogue box.

@imanichetlytle No, no luck so far, it works from some systems I think its a specific Chrome version issue. Mine is Version 78.0.3904.97 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 10 Pro 64bit. I don’t know about others.

Hope that we will have updates soon ??
