Random message feature not working

    I have enabled the random message feature on my website, however, it does not appear in my frontend. It also only appears in the backend on the WordPress Customizer only when I have NOT enabled the “Dynamically render messages on the frontend via JavaScript” option which I need to enable because I am planning to use a caching plugin. However, the messages never appear in my frontend regardless.
