WPForms error with Declare of PHPMailer

Trying to get started with WPForms Lite, and my assistant and I have installed the plugin, and she added it to the bottom of my home page. We get this error when trying to test the plugin:

“Fatal error: Cannot declare class phpmailerException, because the name is already in use in /home/hawtho9/public_html/itsanewday/wp-includes/class-phpmailer.php on line 4040”

We are using theme Sydney, running on PHP version 7.0.33

Any ideas on what I can do?
