What accessories do you mean? How it should look like?

By accessories I mean things that you need to use the product properly. Not like a recommendation but like “things that work perfectly with the product”.

If you put the products in the same category you will see the recommendations on the bottom of the product page. You can change the ‘See also different:’ label in Catalog Settings > Front-end labels.

thanks, but I’m afraid that’s not exactly what I’m looking for. The accessories are _not the same for every product in a category_ – that is the problem. I could create a category per product of course, but that would be crazy and would make no sense semantically.

Any other ideas?

There is the Product Manufacturers extension that will display the products from the same manufacturer in this section.

Or maybe only the manual assignment would solve this problem?

I’d opt for manual assignment, but don’t know how to do it.
(The product manufacturers extension is of no help as all products are made by the same manufacturer)

This would require some customization.

You will need a field to select the products on the product edit screen and use the related-products.php template to display them.
