PayPal return URL missing

The auto-return URL is actually set in your PayPal settings, as described here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-standard/#section-7

Can you verify you have that enabled?

Unfortunately pp didn’t inform this and finally I was able to fix it following instructions in above page. One doubt, if we have same pp account being used in multiple sites how do I put url? in such case because this allows just one.

I believe you need a special PayPal account in order to specify multiple return URLs.
Even though they unfortunately didn’t tell you where to do this last time, they’d be the best ones to ask how to do this. I’m unsure which accounts allow multiple return URLs.
