Breadcrumbs url Hebrew problem

Hello

In my Yoast Seo Breadcrumbs in Hebrew pages
The encoded urls in the Breadcrumbs are in uppercase letters instead of lowercase
And that makes the link not working – for example:
A working encoded url:
https://snorkelin.com/he/%d7%97%d7%a0%d7%95%d7%aa/
Same url in Yoast Seo Breadcrumbs:
https://snorkelin.com/he/%D7%97%D7%A0%D7%95%D7%AA/

How can i solve this?
