I’m having trouble getting past step two also. I’ve verified everything several times, also on different sites. But still I can’t get the site verified. I’m on cPanel hosting and this worked on a couple previous sites, but it’s not now. Not sure if there was something changed or updated, but it seems that it broke at least this step in the process.

  • Hello,

Can you please raise a request through the support in the plugin as we will need more details to find out what’s the issue?

Thats just an email. Can we not do this here? It seems that something in cpanel or in your plugin updated and broke something. Everything was working fine several weeks ago

    Just trying to get support.

@wordpressjacobbeyer I don’t have any information on you to provide support. Please create a ticket through plugin support.

@sohailgulatd I’m sorry your 10 years of experience is not helping you create a SSL certificate.
    1. We don’t generate these certificates, Lets Encrypt does.
    2. More than 8000 people are using SSL certificates generated through our website.
    3. If you need support, you should create your own thread, not hijack someone else’s thread, it’s not polite.
    4. No one is pushing you to buy the pro plugin, it’s for people who want to save time.
