Don’t show popup to bots / crawlers like Google

Hi,
altough I did set “Bots/Crawlers is not egual to True”, when I check website trough Google PageSpeed Insights(https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/)
the pop up is showed.
Any help?
