    Hi,

I’ve integrated the Paid Member Subscription plugin into the profile builder plugin.

I would like to know if it’s possible to ensure a buyer pays before an account is created for them.

At the moment people are able to register an account without paying and this allowing many fake users to create account. (Because of the style of my site, an account without a membership attached to it is useless).

    Hello,

No, due to how our plugin works the user account is created before we send the user to the payment gateway.

This helps you keep a list of potential users that tried to subscribe to your website and you can contact them to ask what happened if their payment failed. Maybe they just encountered an issue and you can help.

This also lets users Retry payments if they failed initially. To do so, they need to login and visit a page with the [pms-account] shortcode.

    Regards,
    Paul

Oh, doesn’t make any sense to me. There should be a way to allow successful payment before account auto create.
