Renting serialized items

    Will this work for serialized equipment rentals where the item is booked then serial numbers are added during the fulfillment process?

    i.e. Rent a car: Toyota Camry.
    When the person picks up the car: specify the license plate?

    Part2: Rent 10 Camrys in 1 rental. Specify 10 serial numbers/license plates.

    Hello,

    No, it won’t work. You can create “Camry” booking object post and define number of Camrys in meta field so the plugin will manage availability of that number of Camrys. So, when 3 Camrys are booked for some dates, the clients will be able to book the rest 7 Camrys at these dates, and they can book a 1 car per checkout. That’s all.
    The serial numbers option and rent several items in one booking can be developed as a custom extension, if you like. You can order such work or ask any other questions from our site contact form.
