Hi there @stanriley !
I hope you are having a great day!
Thank you for your kind words regarding the plugin. I’m very sorry to hear that the MemberPress shortcode isn’t working for you.
Unfortunately, since this is a premium plugin, I wasn’t able to test the compatibility with it prior to the release. However, as soon as you reported, I searched through my archives and was able to find a very old version of the MemberPress plugin (1.2.4). I tested the reported shortcode [mepr-account-form]
and tested it in a BuddyPress custom profile menu page. It seems to be working just as expected. Here’s a screenshot for reference.
I’m afraid, since I don’t have my hands on the updated version of this third-party premium plugin, I wasn’t able to test it.
If possible, could you also run a full plugin/theme conflict test to make sure no other plugins/the theme in the site is/are conflicting with the two associated plugins and causing the issue? Please make sure that the tests are ran in a cloned staging site or the site is backed up before the test.
Hope this helps. I’ll be looking forward to hearing back from you. Thanks!
Kind regards,
Nahid
