    Hi @anhtuantb,

    Embed any document work fine with Cloudflare. It must be some other issue.

    Hi, @vidyakv and @anhtuantb! I have the same problem. With my site running through Cloudflare, Word documents stored in the Media Library will not display in the Microsoft viewer. However, the same documents will display when I host them on S3 and serve them via CloudFront. They are then embedded into my site which is still running through Cloudflare.

    I would like to be able to move these files into the Media Library so my search plugin could index them.

    Hi, I also sometimes see a blank frame in place of the document. I have to refresh several attempts and then do see the pdf doc. I am also using cloudflare but this happens even if i turn on bypass of cloudflare. It also happens in the POST wordpress editor sometimes where a previously embedded doc is blank. There is a setting in Embed for CACHE and I have to toggle it for the embedded page to appear in the editor. This may have sometime to do with the live view where the docs are also blank. I have tried both settings of CACHE in the plugin but they appear to behave the same???

    @merylh I also have that problem but I think it’s a separate issue from the one in this thread.
