why getting error when inserting an image ?

  • Hi ,
    I am trying to add image into my post in the visual mode but getting error as below:
    Unable to create directory /home/eexpertb/public_html/newtransferfactor4life.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/08. Is its parent directory writable by the server?what this error mean?
    any help would be appreciated.
