Emails not sent

Hi,
The plugin works but when an order is made, no purchase receipt email is sent.

Is it because instead of adding the checkout shortcode [wp_stripe_checkout_v3 sku=”sku_EmRwzU81QKnkaq”] I added the javascript provided by Stripe ?

Do you know another way to make Purchase Receipt Email being automatically sent ?
