Soft 404

    My events page is returning a ‘Soft 404’ from Google.

    When I go to the page, it opens, but the current month has no events on it. On the page it says “There were no results found.” Could this be the issue? If so, is there a way to change the default wording? Make it something that Google won’t think is a soft 404?

    Also, the error started on Sept 7, 2019. There was an update released on Sept 4, 2019 that I installed on the 6th or 7th. Could this be related?
