newsletter doesn’e send any email

    hello there
    I have a problem with my newsletter plugin.
    I have almost 500 subscribers and each time I update my website no email sends to them.
    I mean those auto-emails that aware them that website has been updated.
    I test it with welcome email, it worked. then I checked spam folder if there is anything there, it wasn’t.
    I tested with second post, again after more that 12 hours from updating, I asked some of the subscribers if they have received any email, they said no!
    would you help me with this issue.

    Hi, your problem is not clear. Are you creating a newsletter and it is not delivered? Newsletter does not send automatically newsletters when you update you site. For that you can use the Automated addon, for example, or create a newsletter by hand.

    no I don’t make newsletter.
    I mean those emails that send to subscribers after I update my website.
    I have some other websites and it works there.
    each time I update the website, each subscribe receive an email including the post content in their inbox with this title: the … website has been updated.

    Hi, if you have this plugin installed and you get automatic updates, you probably have a paid license with the Automated addon… or you have another plugin.

    I have the free version of the plugin. all of them have been installed from wordpress dashboard. I update them each time I see the notification. but all of them are the free version.

    Hi, it’s not by Newsletter, in this case. We do not send emails on site/plugin update. Check it you hae some security plugin configured to send notifications. WP sends a notification only to admin users.
