• Hi,

After updating the wordpress to the 5.4.2. version I had lost the possibility to edit the front page through the elementor. I’ve read that I can resolve this by changing the editor load method, but unfortunately I can’t access the place where this option is available. Could you please advise me on this?
    Regards.

  • Can you please send me a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing?

Please also try these following steps:

    – Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

    – switch your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or other default WordPress theme) temporarily – and see if it solves your error.

Any solution? I have the same issue and try this steps but doesn’t work for me ??

Any solution? I have the same issue in a fresh installation using an Envato theme on a WordPress 5.5 and Elementor v3.0.1.
Switching to to WordPress TwentyTwenty solve the issue temporarily.

Has anyone found a solution to this issue? I temporarily activated the default theme, and deactivated all plugins except for Elementor and Elementor Pro. Memory is at to 256 and went to safe mode. I can’t access any subsequent tabs (like advanced, maintenance mode, etc), as well as the page editor.

I downgraded to a previous version and that fixed it for the time being. I’ll wait for the next update and hopefully all will be resolved.

I am also running into this issue. Trying to add EA Post Grid, tells me I need to do the Font Awesome Upgrade. I can not click on the Font Awesome upgrade tab either. The solution online was to go to advanced settings but it seems like all the tabs on the dashboard for Elemental do not work…

    Hi guys,

If I remember correctly the issue was with one of the plugins I’ve installed on the time. I believe the plugin which wasresponsible should inform the visitors regarding cookies usage by the site. After deleting it everything was working good. Sorry this is the only thing I remember.

    I had same problem.

For me I needed to update elementor pro which I had purchased as it was out of date.
