Strava Refresh Tokens

Hello,

i think Strava changed their access token livetime. Therefore it’s necessary to extend the OAuth flow to support refresh tokens:

https://developers.strava.com/docs/authentication/#refreshingexpiredaccesstokens
Otherwise we have to update our access tokens every few hours… Could you please update your plugin? Thank you very much for your help! ??
