Charts not shown with Safari

@lucvangerrevink-1 can you please confirm that the last version worked with Safari and the latest version does not? If you are not sure, you can rollback to the last version to verify.

If so, can you please let us know what version of Safari and OS you are using?

@lucvangerrevink-1 we don’t see any information. Can you please provide all that again?

I use iPhone iOS 13.1.3 and MacBook macOS 10.15

You can see under iOS and macOS the chart is not shown. The area where it should be is just left blank.

I am not able to roll back the old version of the plugin.

@lucvangerrevink-1 are you not getting the option to rollback like this?

Also, it appears that an error is caused by your theme which in turn causes our charts to not display. This only happens on Safari, so you may want to check with the theme developers about this.

Made a rollback to V3.3.1 Result is same as V3.3.2. Under Safari charts are not shown. Chrome and IE no problem

@lucvangerrevink-1 that’s what we thought but in your original message you had said “I think it is related to the last update.” that’s why we wanted to confirm. Please check our earlier message where we have mentioned why the error occurs – it appears to be because of your theme.

I set ‘WP_DEBUG’, true.
In version 3.3.2 no errors are shown on the screen
Rolled back to 3.3.1
deactivated all plugins
No php-errors are shown and charts are still not shown

@lucvangerrevink-1 have you checked with the theme developers?

@lucvangerrevink-1 please let us know if the theme has fixed this issue.
