Full details not displaying

A dumb newbie question but have installed the plugin, created some categories and added a few entries. Have added the shortcode to a page using Elementor and that displays a list of the individuals for the category specified in the shortcode.

All good so far but then clicking on the name of the individual takes me to a page where just the name of the individual is displayed again with a back to directory link.

I was expecting to see the full details for that person or have I missed something basic?
