Settings not applied after deleted wp folder was recreated from backup

    Hi,

    our wp folder was removed and we recreated it again from a backup folder.

    Since then, everything is working fine again, but the snippet plugin editor text is not formatted correctly.

    Changes in the plugin settings do not have any effect.

    What could have happened and how can we solve that?

    Hi @flotschie,

    Are you able to provide a screenshot of the broken editor?

    Also, I’d recommend deleting and reinstalling the plugin – it’s possible some of the files were corrupted in the backup.

    It seems it was a nginx issue. Some css was blocked. Re-configuring nginx solved the issue. Many thanks for your feedback.
