Domain is being redirected

  • I don’t even know how to put his so bare with me. I had the domain notoneline.com and built a site for it. I decided to change the name to bythebooksolutions.com and use the first domain for a different business. Now when I go to the notoneline.com/wp-admin to build my site it just redirects me to bythebooksolutions.com. There is nothing in any of the bythebooksolutions.com settings that links to notoneline.com at all. I have no idea what’s going on, how o find out, or how o fix it. Can anyone direct me please?

    first, contact the webhosting company you were using to build the site to get help with how the domain name(s) are connected to your webhosting.

    get everything sorted out with the domain name(s) and webhosting account.
    then check your database and files in (stored webhosting account) to be sure all of your content and design have not been deleted.

    depending on how everything is sorted out there may be more adjustments to make to get the site to be what you need.
