Designer Does Not Initialise

    WPEverest installed as part of Zakra Pro Theme (ThemeGrill). Can work with forms using shortcode, but cannot edit form. the “designer” display animation, and nothing else. can create new form from simple template, but cannot edit / create blank form. please assist.

    The modules was installed as part of the theme offering. When I try and access a sample form for edit, then the “form designer” does not initialize. the three pyramid logo just sits and does nothing.
