Long folder names not wrapping

    We’re experiencing a small issue when viewing the media library in the CMS and have uploaded a screenshot showing the problem:

    If one of the folder names is quite long, this overflow’s the lefthand column and force the count on the right hand side over which the overlays the files.

    Would it be possible to update the plugin so that folder names wrap if they don’t fit nicely in the left hand column?

    Hopefully the screenshot above shows the problem and it’s a simple CSS fix to correct the problem?

    Hi Dave,

    You can move the resize bar https://prnt.sc/pngz61 and clear cache, it should be normal then.
    Let me know if this helps.

    Hi Kelly,

    It’s slightly better but only because the folder count in the left column goes underneath the right column.

    There’s still some kind of issue with the left column being wider than it should be?

    It looks as though the CSS of the plugin is trying to apply overflow: hidden, and apply ellipsis where appropriate but this doesn’t seem to be having the desired effect in either view?

    Hi Kelly,

    We’ve got a staging site and I’ve disabled all plugins except for Filebird and the issue is still present.

    All you should need to do to replicate the issue is add a long folder name, e.g.

    1. EHNP Report Referendum Version and Appendices

    And the folder names don’t wrap.

    Hi Dave,

    This is what I got https://prnt.sc/poyjlb, have not seen any issue.
    Could you try delete (not just deactivate) all other plugins and clear the server cache?

    It’s a strange one. I’ve deactivated and uninstalled all plugins except for Filebird and still seem to be getting the same issue.

    I’ve also switched the theme to be using the default “Twenty Nineteen” theme to rule out any issue with our own theme and we’ve still seeing the problem.

    Just to confirm, we’re runnning WordPress 5.2.4 and FileBird 3.2.1.
