• Hi, Today I got email from google web tools that New Mobile Usability issues detected. There are three issues found:

    Text too small to read
    Clickable elements too close together
    Viewport not set

All of them contains same url.

    domain.com/wp-includes/sodium_compat/lib/

    Here is the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/pncck4

How can I fix it? I tried to resubmit Validate in google web tools but it says
    Cannot continue validation process
Affected pages were found. Fix the issue and run validation again

  • Google shouldn’t be able to see those directories and files, to begin with.

You should disable directory indexing, as having directories browsable is considered a security risk. Contact your host if you’re unable to do this on your own.

It was not being indexed. I think new update of WP exposes it.

You seem to be referring to Google’s index of your website.

By “directory indexing” I wasn’t referring to Google indexing of your website.

I was referring to the webserver configuration that allows the content of folders to be listed in the browser, and WordPress has nothing to do with that.

Before some days everything was fine. Suddenly this came. Also I did not change any server settings. Same settings are running from years. Hope wordpress staff can suggest me in better way.

Well, good luck waiting for those “wordpress staff” to suggest a batter way for you.

    Signing off.
