How to Show Popup to New Visitors Only

    This is a probably a simple fix, but I’m not finding the solution anywhere. My popup looks great from this plug-in, but it’s showing too often. I want it to display on a variety of pages for traffic coming from Google, but only for new visitors. Is there a setting somewhere to restrict to only new visits? As of right now, I can reload the page after the popup displays and just displays again. For usability and to not annoy my visitors, this can only show for new visits.

    How do I make this happen?

    I hope you’re doing well!

    This can be set in the Behavior tab, under Closing Behavior section. Please see this screenshot:

    Choose from the drop-down option:
    – Do not show this message across the site
    or
    – Do not show this message on this post / page

    Set the number of days you wish to hide the opt-in for visitors that have already visited your site.

    This function will save a cookie to the visitors’ browsers. Once it will expire, an opt-in will show up again.

    Please note, if a visitor will clear browser cache & cookies on their end, an opt-in will show up again.
