• Using Classic Paragraph block alongside of a floating image (regular Gutenberg block), the image is overlapping the – now partially unusable – block toolbar (image on right side) or the toolbar leaves the editor area (image on left side).

To be fair, it must be stated, that the Classic block (with and without TinyMCE Advanced) has the same problem.
And even the regular Paragraph block has this problem, but also a workaround: using “Top Toolbar”. (But this solution is not possible for Classic Paragraph or Classic Block)

Yeah, this seems to be a bug in the block editor. Most of the cases should be fixed now (in WP 5.3), but that still happens for the classic block (with or without TinyMCE Advanced). Was looking at how to fix this but seems it will have to be fixed in the block editor, not possible to reliably fix it from a plugin.
